Criminal conviction record searches are available in three to seven year increments depending on the county and/or state. Criminal records are available in every county within every state. If necessary, information can be returned immediately; however, normal turnaround time is 48 to 72 hours. GVS conducts either a physical on-site or a direct on-line search from each courthouse. This enables us to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available. Some states offer statewide searches, which are also available upon request.
